原料:
2 cup 粘米粉
1/2 cup 糖
2 1/4 cup 水
1 Tbsp vegetable or corn Oil
1 tsp yeast (干酵母) 用2汤勺温水化开,让它起泡, 倒入糊糊里, 拌匀

做法:

1 - 将前四样原料和匀(米粉不用过筛)-
2- 盛入锅中小火熬成糊状(米糊切记不要煮得太粘稠),边煮边搅拌以防止结块,然后过筛(才能保证好的口感)-
3 - 放凉至米糊温热不烫手后加入干酵母,搅拌至干酵母全部融化。
4 - 再把米糊倒入抹油的蒸盘内(我用8寸大的方形玻璃烤盘),静置一旁让其发酵, 看天气而,我通常看到米糊起泡 大约3-5小时
5. 大火蒸18分钟就好了。、


温馨提示:
其实白糖糕只要掌握好糊化那一个过程,其他的都不难。 煮的时候,我只要Feel到锅里的糊糊开始有疙瘩, 我就马上关火, 再继续搞拌,把疙瘩压吧扁。然后过筛。
